Service Description
This service begins with a nourishing deep conditioning treatment to restore moisture, strengthen your strands, and enhance softness. Next, your hair is silk-pressed using the signature TAUPE method, leaving it smooth, bouncy, and full of movement. Finally, a precision trim or cut is included to remove split ends and maintain the health and shape of your hair for a flawless finish.
Booking Policy
By booking an appointment with me, you are agreeing to my booking policies as stated below. Deposits are non-refundable. Payment balance will be collected via bank transfer only. Deposits can be transferred to another date & service with a 48 hours notice via email only. Any notice that exceeds 48 hours automatically forfeits your deposit and your appointment will be canceled. Please arrive on time to your appointment to ensure you receive your full service. I allow a grace period of lateness for up to 15 minutes. Please ensure you notify me via email/text/phone when you are running late, otherwise I may not be able to accommodate your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, a late fee may be applied. If you are excessively late (i.e. by 30 minutes), it is with regret that I may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment and your deposit will be forfeited. If you do not notify us and do not show up to your appointment, this is a no-show and you will lose your deposit. Please note that due to the nature of my products and services, all hair extensions, appointments, and any custom colour requests are non-refundable.
